Since I was a child I’ve been haunted by a feeling of sadness, and it wasn’t until I grew older that I made the connection between this emotion and many of the challenges in my life. I was able to see how my grief manifested into physical pain in my body, how it caused me to self-sabotage myself, and how it blocked me from experiencing peace. It wasn’t until I got to the root of my problems that I was able to make progress in my healing and see real change in my life. In time, I realized that what people call healing is really just a difficult process of letting go.
How it works:

1. Book & Pay
Choose a date & time, complete an intake form, and pay for your session. After you book, if you are a new client, you will receive a Welcome Packet with all the details about how healing sessions work and what you need to do to prepare for yours.
2. THe session
Fifteen to twenty minutes before your session, we’ll jump on the phone to address any last-minute questions and discuss intentions for the session if you have any. The session will last about an hour and I will text or email you afterwards to see how you are feeling.
Following your session you will receive a detailed email about what occurred, along with any intuitive guidance that was received. I may also suggest self-healing practices or recommend additional healing work or special ceremonies that should be done.
